French Dip Sandwich - Thin-sliced prime top sirloin cap and red wine braised short rib, with  horseradish cream, on a crusty demi-baguette served with a rich jus on the side. 

 

 

Roasted Mushroom & Artichoke Melt - with havarti, arugula, lemon-garlic aioli, pepperoncini on a crusty demi baguette.
